Q: What is an EIN and how do I get one?
VC: An EIN is a Tax Identification Number for your business--kind of like a
social security number for organizations. It's what the IRS uses to track
taxes, what you use when filing taxes for your business and when opening
a bank account. If you're starting a new business or organization, you'll
need to have an EIN even if you do not have employees in order to separate
your business finances from your personal ones. You can get an EIN instantly
by applying on the IRS website at www.irs.gov.

KARS Theatre
The KARS Theatre was created as part of our desire to be different, innovative
and to change the way things are traditionally done. Our Premiere Event
is an example of what we mean when we talk about the effective use of video
and taking things to "the next level" to differentiate yourself.
It's not just enough to present information, you have to draw in the audience
and connect with them in a compelling way. We didn't just tell you what

The Premiere Event
In KARS WARS--our main character "K" and her sidekick "Grant"
embark on a mission to save a client who's stranded on "Planet Fear".
This is a perfect example of how we used the power of video to not only
distinguish our company and our services--- Virtual Consultant Service, Elevator Pitch, Fundraising, Volunteer Recruitment and Sponsorship Acquisition---but we were also able to connect
with our audience--and potential clients--in a unique way because of the
way we did it.
We were able to introduce our strategies in a way that personalized who we are as a company and provided a way for our audience to really see themselves working with us--as if they were the client in the episode who needed to be rescued. You don't have to go to this level in your production, but you can still get your message across in a way that connects with your audience and sets you apart.
Bottom line--Don't be afraid to think outside the box. Be creative. Have
fun. Show your potential clients, customers, volunteers, supporters or
sponsors who you really are and how much you really enjoy and believe in what you do through both your
message and your medium.

& Raves--is a more dynamic and informal venue---constantly updated
with tips, random thoughts and tidbits where we're speaking directly to
you. It's part entertainment and part education. We can't wait to share
