Why "Groupies"?
Most people associate the term "groupie" with legions of crazed fans (most often women) who follow rock stars, professional athletes or actors---clamoring for autographs, pictures or an opportunity to be close to the object of their affections. |

Not being ones to follow the "traditional"--true to form, we
at The KARS Consulting Group are taking that term and applying it
in a different way---an empowering way.

 Affectionately dubbed "Groupies"--because of their status as an extension of The KARS Consulting Group (get it--"Group"--"Groupies"?)—our purpose in forming
this group was to provide a mechanism to cultivate and build upon a spirit
of collaboration, cooperation and enthusiasm for our Members. |
Yes, KARS Groupies is a group devoted to the empowerment, education, support
and uplifting of women (sorry fellas)---but it's more than just another
"networking group".
The KARS Groupies is an interactive, engaging, active support system for
women who are either starting a new small business or organization or who
are looking to expand an existing one and take it to the next level.
We're not a typical "professional association", we don't fit
the mold of a purely social group, and we're not strictly a study group.
What we are, is a hybrid of all of the above--and more--to create a new
type of organization by women, for women, to support women from all walks
of life and all across the country.
The KARS Groupies motto is"Cooperation & Collaboration--Not Competition". We're here to learn from each other and more importantly, we're here
to support each other in all of our endeavors.
We at The KARS Consulting Group started this group as a way of providing
much-needed resources, information, insights, tips, strategies, education,
training, opportunities, and most importantly, support---to women across
the country who otherwise may not have access to this type of resource.
The KARS Groupies is designed to be both an online and off-line community--with
both a special Members-only online community and its local Chapters in
select cities across the country. |

Exclusive E-Events for KARS Groupies will be held throughout the year on
a variety of topics. These may include webinars, Q&A sessions, online
mixers, video collaboratives, etc. Our goal is to use technology as a tool
to connect with women regardless of their location. |

| Groupie Hotline |
|
 |
We know you all have questions or want to run your ideas past someone to
get some feedback or advice, so we're creating a dedicated KARS Groupie
Hotline where Members will be able to call in and talk to a consultant
from The KARS Consulting Group, LTD. The Hotline will be staffed during
posted hours, and is just another example of the special treatment you'll
receive as a KARS Groupie. |

As part of its Reel World Theatre & Pizza Party Tour, we reserve a special 3-hour symposium session specifically for women that will not only include the concepts and activities of our 3 Acts (see Pizza Party Tour for details), but will also feature special resources, links and information specifically for women. |

Our goal is to continuously build upon the activities, events and offerings
for our Groupies Members, so we're already exploring the possibility and
feasibility of holding our very own Groupie Convention----where we'll come
together as a group to be inspired, be empowered and continue to grow and
develop---but most of all, have fun like only Groupies can. |
